Yoga Bijam offers a yoga experience for students at all stages of their yoga journey, enabling each student to develop the vitality of the breath and steadiness of the body and mind.
Weekly Group Classes – focus on building stability and strength whilst engaging the student in understanding and listening to their own inner guide. An experience of integration is the goal of these classes which may also incorporate breath techniques, visualisation and guided relaxation.
Yoga Therapy – a one on one individualised yoga approach that looks holistically at the person as as individual, using the tools of yoga to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Yoga Teacher Training – offered over 2 years (500 hours) – a full and comprehensive mentoring experience for each student as they are simultaneously guided on a journey of personal discovery whilst delving into the ancient yoga teachings.
Classes and training are conducted in Ocean Grove at Kyo Yoga by Jill Harris.
